Our grand opening payed homage and respect to its predecessor by taking place fifty years after this event. The renovation project was meticulously planned and ,with the help of local professionals, it was completed in a mere fifty days.
The driving force behind such an ambitious undertaking was Kostas. He has been in the hospitality business for thirty years and in that time he has worked in both England and Greece and has collectively opened up and run over fifteen different restaurants many of which have received prestigious awards. Joseph Panagiotis has also worked in the industry for several years and, despite his young age, he is an accomplished and well respected bar tender. Together, combing both experience and innovation, they have created this amazing establishment in their own image and are excited for the future of their business.
