Kostas has been in the hospitality business for thirty years and in that time he has worked in both England and Greece and has collectively opened up and run over fifteen different restaurants many of which have received prestigious awards.
Kostas has been responsible for the daily running of multiple restaurants including administrative duties such as payroll and finances and was also actively involved in the concept development and set up prior to the opening of the restaurant.
In 2014-2015 Kostas oversaw the operations of the Marco Pierre White Steak House Restaurant and was responsible for the breakfast operation, room service and lounge bar, along with stock control and team development, while also implementing new training, standards and procedures.
He took the role of General Manager at Rose & Crown in Knutsford where he learnt how to seamlessly prioritise and organise all of the different aspects of the business while working in a grade three listed building which gave him insights on how to maintain such a building but also how to work under restrictions and regulations.
